Providing M&E support to 13 projects under the Rule of Law Programme funded by US-INL, USAID, Gov of Japan and EU in 04 provinces of Pakistan including Balochistan, Punjab, Gilgit Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including NMDs
Conducted institutional capacity assessment for developing evidence-based proposals and secure 04 projects from INL worth 3 million USD
Conducted research and baseline studies on best practices in program design, implementation, and evaluation; analysed data from surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc., using statistical software (STATA).
Led the M&E forum of three UN entities including UNDP, UNWOMEN and UNDOC for joint implementation project funded by EU
Developed a database system for the programme and developed automated interactive dashboard of high-level results for senior management decision making by using POWER BI and TABLEAU
