Managing C.E’s calendar on daily basis.
General Correspondence within the office and outside the office.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail with proper follow-up.
Responsible for all files internal and external.
Organizing business trips, visas, booking tickets, Hotel Reservations.
Taking minutes of the meetings and preparing the report.
Responsible for arranging and planning interviews with the C.E.
Helping in arranging official and personal dinners.
Arranging and managing training sessions.
Developing manuals, hand books and literature for trainees.
Designing & layout setting of manuals and hand books.
Making presentations for training sessions.
Develop Individual, Departmental & Organizational training plans.
Ensure mandatory training requirements are met.
Updating Customer Evaluations.
Maintaining Customers Email Database.
Research and literature review for various concepts and soft skills.
Responsible for making the participant list, attendance sheets and agenda for the trainings.
Maintaining the Training Manager Database.
