Mr. Roshan Ali is highly successful professional in the field of community development, Social Mobilization/Change, flood emergency response, early recovery, rehabilitation, and community based disaster risk reduction, climate change, environment degradation issues and adaptation methodologies livelihood recovery and shelter construction and community based capacity building as well as team capacity.

He also has masters in combination of sociology and botany science additionally subject specialization with Genetics and environmental Biology.

Mr. Rahu has more than 10 years experience with various NGOs Mainly RDF, SAFWCO, HANDS, and The First Microfinance Bank Limited, in social and corporate sector with profound capacity of field/team management, social Mobilization/Development, social surveys/Assessment and Statistical researches, using SPSS, MS Access, Excel and he successfully completed and monitored more the 10 projects regular as well as correlated with emergency, early recovery , rehabilitation and development and integrated multi Objective project. Right now he is working as M E Coordinator with RDF at Naushahro Feroze District in a WASH Project which is funded by NCA, HEIKS
The objective of project is that Right holders have improved access to safe and sustainable WASH facilities with knowledge to alleviate poor hygiene practices prone to water borne diseases. The project is mainly focusing Water, Sanitation, hygiene sectors with mainstreaming of protection and DRR. However Mr. Rahus career tracking record started his journey from Nawabshah and also providing the evidence that initially he joined as Team leader from March 2010 and with short period of time he boosted up to as mid level management as Project Manager/Field office Manager at District K.kot. The cadre of his working institutions covers the Autonomous National Organization, NGOs as well as the welfare organizations at the national and local level. This is the evidence of variety of the experience he has in the field of welfare, mobilization and development
His leadership role and attitude, team management skills, critical decision making and conflict management makes him more distinctive among all the colleagues. During his service with RDF, he has achieved various mile stones of success, including successfully completed more than10 regular livelihood, Construction, emergency, relief, recovery rehabilitation, WASH and social development projects.
