NOC Engineer Voice Operations
o Experience of IP telephony, Asterisk, Linux based servers and Routes Managements.
o Monitoring and troubleshooting Voice Infrastructure.
o To ensure the service quality, redundancy of voice paths and service optimization.
o Configuration and Statically analysis of soft switches.
o Routing technique implementation (Least cost routing (LCR), Distribution routing, Overflow routing).
o Good Understanding on Protocols; SIP, H.323.

o Provide technical assistant and support to Commercial, service provider and outside vendors.
