Responsibilities:

Understand/evaluate business goals/requirements, identify conflict/missing requirements
Work closely with the Product Management and Development teams to produce quality products
Review business requirements to ensure that requirements are testable
Produce detailed test cases based on the project requirements 
Execution of functional, Non-funcional and regression testing.
Mange smoke and Regression suit execution before and after deployment
Investigation, reporting, tracking and retesting
Contribute to the entire software project from the initial phases till deployment
Contribute to product and process improvements and refinement of QA best practice

Responsibilities:

Plan, create and manage the overall quality assurance activities
Identify the quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
Introduce QA process automation using open source tools
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Participate in requirement elicitation and impact analysis of new requirements or change requests. Bug tracking and resolution via bug tracking software (Bugzilla and Wrike)
Test cases and test data creation against business needs.
Perform testing for Android, IOS, Web and Desktop applications.
Investigate bugs reported by the Client and resolve them according to the scenario.

Isolate, replicate and report defects through JIRA/TFS and verify defect fixes.
Tracked defects using Jira/TFS and generated defect summary reports
Provide status reports to QA manager as necessary
Review product requirement documents and functional specifications
Investigate bugs reported by Client and resolve them according to the scenario.
Handle the critical bugs after discussion with QA Lead

At Ibex my core responsibility was to deploy, test and support Value added Services. Providing various technical support of VAS applications for different Telecom Operators.
Request, setup and manage test data in test environment .
Perform functional, Integration and system testing.
Properly document all the errors/bugs reported and corrective actions taken.
Write SQL queries to analyze data in relational databases.
Data Extraction and Data Loading in MySQL.
Maintaining database backup.
Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly database reports.
Investigating and resolving technical operational issues of the applications.
Working productively together with other departments and team.
