I am a social development professional and having vast experience in the field of Rural Development through participatory approach and mobilization. During my career oriented contributions, I always focused on group formation, mobilization, capacity building and skill development activities for the betterment of the communities. Including this I have written articles on the issues of women and development, life of farmer womens, livelihood issues of marginalized communities. I am well aware about various Mobilization tools and techniques and has excellent communication skills.

• Conduct PRA exercise for the need identification and prioritization in the project-targeted villages.
• Fill out the need assessment forms and submit to the project offices.
• Conduct regular meeting with selected CO/CBOs and provide project support according to the assessed livelihoods needs related to agriculture.
