I worked as a Psychosocial Counselor with SACH-struggle for change, my key achievements are

Schedule and conduct home visits as per procedure.
Develops assessment reports of clients.
Provides direct counseling and psychotherapeutic services to clients through evaluation, crisis intervention and brief individual, couples and joint psychosocial counseling.
Participates in programs, meetings, trainings and other organizational activities as per instructions and requirement.
Understands and follows program operating policies and procedures
Assesses potential candidates for individual counseling and support groups.
Conduct focus group discussion (FGDs) and police sensitization workshops.
Perform as an SGBV/ child welfare officer and maintain relevant record.
Develop/update internal SOPs on SGBV response mechanism for the organization.
Identification and reporting of SGBV cases.
Conduct workshops/ SGBV sessions with community stake holder including health professionals, police, lawyers, etc.
Assists in the development and distribution of IEC materials.
Conduct counseling sessions at community level.
Supports task manager in monitoring and data verification.
Upholds and ensures confidentiality related to the clients/program/organization.
Ensures non-discriminatory and non-judgmental conduct in accordance with the organizations policies.
Develops and maintains related database, reports and records.
Assesses eligible clients for subsistence Allowance.
Urgent responses to the queries of UNHCR and timely reporting to the management.
