Reporting to the CEO, overall responsible to develop, manage and maintain departmental procedures in coordination with other departments. Resolve work related problems and recommend measures to continually improve inventory control and efficiency in deliveries to the customers. Ensure proper control of stock inventory system – wise and physical control. Ensure to effectively maintain minimum stock level at all times. Ensure effective and efficient delivery of the products to the customers as per the commitments. Plan, schedule and control outgoing materials effectively and efficiently. Perform relevant duties and responsibilities, assigned from time to time, by the immediate superior. Ensure proper control of stock inventory system – wise and physical control. Maintain proper records of the materials inventory; ensure storage as per the prescribed storage conditions and to ensure timely deliveries to the customers.
Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
Supervise, evaluate, train and schedule work of warehouse/store staff
Develop, maintain and update recipe files through computerized processes.

Reconciliation of courier partner services billing on monthly basis with finance.

Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
