• Maintaining Liaison with Banks and Exchange Companies for providing them Habib Metro Bank Real Time Home Remittance Solutions, to enhance productivity.
• Responding to agent queries while directly reporting to Head of FI.
• Training of Branches briefing them about handling of Home Remittance customers.
• Monitor the daily Ins & Outs in the N/R A/C of the Companies / Banks and arrangement for replenishment of funds.
• Monitor the queries, delay in receiving funds to the beneficiaries and stop payment requests of the customers.
• Exploring areas and finding opportunities to improve the number of transactions from countries.
• Daily, Monthly and Yearly reporting of country wide Home Remittance Transactions.
• Prepare marketing plans for Money Gram International and coordinating with Money Gram International for business development.
• Development of Habib Metro Home Remittance system.
• Integration of Application, APIs with MoneyGram in core banking application.
• To understand customers needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
• To provide personalized service to customers on banking products, accounts and services inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
