·       Specialist Advices: Provide specialist advice and support to internal stakeholders on legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
·       Key Strategic Projects / Transaction Work: Provide legal support for high-value projects, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology, business enterprise, marketing, and IT-related projects.
·       Product Launches: Attend Go-To-Market meetings, advise on legal aspects, and draft legal documents for new product and service propositions.
·       Commercial Contracts: Draft, advise, and negotiate commercial contracts, including procurement and technology agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
·       Customer Contracts: Advise stakeholders on contract risks and resolution strategies when customer terms deviate from standard terms and conditions.
·       Compliance / Risk Programs: Manage and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of risk and compliance programs with key internal stakeholders.
·       Supporting Role: Provide support and actively participate in relevant legal matters as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
·       Key Relationships: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, including external counsel, regulatory authorities, and ministries, to ensure legal compliance and effective communication.
·       Financial Responsibility: Assist with managing the legal and regulatory budget, ensuring cost-effective legal solutions.
·       External Advisors: Liaise with external legal/regulatory partners and consultants to provide specialist advice and services where required.
·       Legal & Regulatory Submissions: Assist with evaluating and preparing submissions relating to key matters and proposed legislation/regulation.
·       Litigation: Liaise with and manage external legal counsel in respect of ongoing litigation matters, ensuring effective legal representation.
