 Devise Product Strategy to manage overall product portfolio and profitability.
 Devise promotional plans and ensure timely execution.
 Proactively conduct competition mapping, targeting and segmentation to improve product performance.
 Liaising with Sales team for mutual information sharing and conduct product trainings.
 Formulate Polices for smooth down the line operations.
 Liaising with backend vendors for Product Availability, Price margins & New Product inductions.
 Inventory Management and minimizing Overage Stock.
 Sales Planning: Supervise sales team to boost up volumes.
