I have more than 8 years of experience working in Procurement, Planning, and Production.
1- Elaboration/establishment of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Procurement, control of the workflows in the Procurement Unit, harmonization of the workflows in the office.
2- Timely and proper preparation of procurement plans for the project, establishment of deadlines, and monitoring of their implementation.
3- Elaboration and implementation of the internal control system ensure that Purchase Orders (PO) are duly prepared and dispatched. Timely corrective actions on POs with budget check errors and other problems.
4- Development and management of the rosters of suppliers, elaboration of supplier selection and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms.
5- Management of the e-procurement system, Used PMS (Procurement Management System) for this purpose specifically.
6- Elaboration and implementation of cost-saving and reduction strategies in consultation with office management.
I have performed multiple duties at a time due to my multitasking and management skills. During my two years of stay in the private sector, I have learned that work is a never-ending thing. One replaces the other and it continues. With work, what should we do we can be proud of it is helping and serving mankind. That is the reason I want to shift to Organizations like yours. Planning Engineer
Sr. Supply Chain and Procurement Engineer
• Working as a Team Lead to manage the team of engineers (Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Telecom); executing the operations of sourcing, communication, compilation of documents.
• Resolving the issues faced by team on instant basis
• Scheduling and providing on time services for offshore and onshore industries worldwide.
• Procuring and analyzing heavy Mechanical and electronic equipment for oil & gas industry, including Heat exchangers, valves (butterfly, gate, diaphragm, ball, plug), pipes , casings and crossovers (seamless, welded ), wellhead assemblies etc.
• Comparative analyses related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation.

• Review the tender documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.
• Prepare technical queries such as details, missing documents pertaining to the tender.
• Send enquiries to the specified/non-specified suppliers for material & equipment.
• Follow up and receive quotation from various suppliers.
• Evaluate the supplier quotation against the tender requirement such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations etc.
• Make comparative analysis of all the quantities and use the optimum solution.
• Arrange to get the quantity take-off from the drawings according to the project BOQ through the Assistant Estimators.
• Prepare a costing and PC Brief for the works, highlighting the value of all the eqmt.
