概要

My aim in life is to serve for humanity where human crises occur globally and I have been working in Humanitarian sector, performed my services in Asia, Europe and in African continents on senior key levels. I have been in-touch with Coordination / Programmes / HR / Fin / E-Prep and security activities with various International NGOs on different core level management positions. I am a dedicated individual with the drive and energy to make positive change in humanitarian sector. My vision is to pursue humanitarian entrepreneurship with a dedicated focus to aim the sufficient knowledge and initiatives within organization according to the need.


It is worth to mention here, that I have developed strategic plans for complex continent perspective within organizations in different countries. In addition, I have several years of experience in communication / networking with Govt, INGO’s and other corporate sectors.


I have rich experience to conduct trainings for staff learning and development-in identifying individual and team learning and development needs, assist with the planning and development of learning activities, I am well aware how to lead the effective implementation of the development strategy and related tools by facilitating needs analysis, planning, delivery, implementation and coordination of all development interventions in various Missions.


I have worked throughout with international reputable organizations on different positions by contributing my comprehension, analytic, writing, coordination, and networking with presentation skills. 


I have the ability to show leadership and support if the situation requires it. Project Management, Human Resource, Financial, Communication, Capacity building / training and Administration management have been my core area of strengths in order to achieve the objectives.  I am good at writing and speaking. I know the art of constructing message according to the spectator’s need and their convenience.


I am very much dedicated and highly HR professional with vast experience to work in challenging context with diverse international organizations by accepting and aware of all hard conditions and challenges in my previous and present career. MSF - Oct 05 till Nov 07 on the post of (all) Projects Administrator-EQ in Pakistan, disaster time in Pakistan, managed all Emergency operations and Aid provision to remote areas with national and Expat staff
Oxfam Novib - Nov 07 till Mar 09 on post of HR Program Coordinator - Pakistan  & Kabul Afghanistan: Experienced to work during war context in Afghanistan - insecure location. With frequent travels to 50% Pakistan and 50% Afghanistan. Managed evacuation, hibernation plans and implemented with planted flight schedule and food emergency kits installed in compounds in Afghanistan. Regular security follow-ups. Development plans (quick response and normal response) Emergency program with coordination team. 
MSF - Sep 10 till Oct 10 on the post of HR Admin Finance- Flood in Pakistan – Managed Emergency Operations
MSF - Sept 11 till Nov 11 on the post of HR Admin Manager -Dadaab – Kenya: Experienced to work in hibernation and evacuation time. With HR Management also managed Finance plus bonuses policy & salary survey to implement with continuous threats and pressured from locals. Abduction of our two expats: Al-Shebab surrounded our compound: Experienced hibernation and evacuation management with team.
