Van-der-Molen Process System

Finished Product Physiochemical Analysis:
• CO2 & Brix Analysis in the finished carbonated soft drinks & energy drinks

• Calibration of lab testing equipment like Carbo QC, DMA, pH meter etc.
• Monitoring of Syrup batching. Pasteurizer and Syrup room supervision and troubleshooting.
• Controlling the Rinse Aid System, Caustic Change& also RA System Audits on washer with 3rd party contractors.
• Testing of primary & secondary incoming raw material.
• Monitoring of (NCB) Juice Line & its syrup batching.
