Job Responsibilities:
• Installation, Networking and General Commissioning of Sercel-428xl Instrument
(e-428 Server, e-428 Client, NAS, FTP Server, e-SQCPro, TMU428, LT428).
• Generates and updates observer logs.
• Ensuring that all line equipment (i.e. Links, LAUX-428, LAUL-428, Line
Batteries, Geophones) to be deployed are in good condition.
• Ensure compliance to HSE and Quality Control (QC) standards.
• Responsible for minimizing line equipment losses / damages.

• PLC programming (Siemens s7-200, s7-300)
• Plant and Production flow diagram reading and understanding.
• Sensor calibration and instrumentation (temp and pressure sensors, Metal Detectors)

• Conducting various Safety Training's, Inductions to new workers on site, Tool Box Talks.
• Hazard identification, Safety Inspection & suggesting remedial measures.
• Conduct periodic inspection of Power tools, Lifting Accessories, Fire Devices, Scaffolds, Ladders & Maintaining proper records
