Factors which were surveyed was Availability of company Product families, depth of the stock of respective SKU’s, with respect to competitor’s product families, Reach of company salesmen to shops, display and maintenance of POP’s, Reach of the competitor’s salesmen and daily sale of the shop. The purpose was to find out such shops which could be added to salesmen bead to enhance the sales and efficiency
