Ms. Razia is a professional Registered Nurse with strong clinical and Hospital experience in primary and secondary health care services both in emergency and development projects.
Has wide and varied experience of 10 years in health and nutrition working with multi-donors and reputable International organizations regarding Mother and child health care, Hospital management, family planning Services, First Aid, basic Life saving, Trauma assessment and care, Infant young child feeding practices, and management of Malnutrition in hospital and community based. I have history working for emergency and development projects working with Integrated Health Services, FWO, ACF International, Merlin International, Oxfam GB International, Pakistan Red Crescent, Gorakh Development organization. My work with hospitals and vulnerable communities enhances my experience to effectively implement projects and achieve desire results. I believe in team work and have capacity to deliver my services in hard areas.
In continuation of nursing field I completed my master degree in sociology, my academic qualification and field experience of working with communities enabled me to prove my competencies required for the position.

Position is responsible for better nutrition among communities through treatment clinical symptoms of severe acute malnutrition and prevention of further deterioration of the nutrition situation through provision of therapeutic food, routine drugs, health and nutrition education and capacity building and technical support to the ministry of health in the management of severe acute malnutriton
Responsibilities
• Ensure effective management of clinical and other ailments at OTP
• Supervise medicines administration in OTP activities
Network and coordinate with the relevant sectors
• Supervise the activities of the CMAM team (community mobilizers, IYCF Promoters and community Nutrition Volunteers)
• Work closely with ACF and DoH staffs to ensure all aspects of the program are understood and agreed and appropriate referrals take place to and from the OTP and the programme is well integrated into the health systems.
• Ensure correct clinical diagnosis at the time of assessment so that the patient receives appropriate treatment in the relevant program.
• Ensure adequate availability of all medical and food supplies and ensure stock is pre-positioned as planned by discussing with logistics
Acting Research Supervisor in community Project (ACF –DADU)
• Implement activities of C-Project with the support of lady Health Workers
• Provide technical support to lady health workers for malnutrition treatment
