1. Support the procurement and supply chain team in data compiling, information gathering, field research.
2. Provide administrative support to the LMIS consultants in implementation of an online COVID-19 LMIS up to district level in their respective allocated provinces/areas.
3. Provide logistics and administrative support to the ADB consultants in capacity building/training of relevant nominated federal and provincial staff on use of COVID-19 LMIS.
4. Record keeping of all logistics and supply chain activities of ADB consultants.
5. Keep LMIS update for inventory management, issue receipts vouchers of covid-19 commodities handed over to stakeholders.
6. Support in preparing distribution plan of covid - 19 commodities from Islamabad / Karachi warehouses to all provincial/divisional headquarters.
7. Maintaining an online COVID-19 inventory management system to provide live updates for each transaction from order placement till delivery to their desire warehouses.
8. Support the procurement and supply chain TA in monitoring shipment pipeline of covid-19 commodities.
9. Provide technical assistance for covid-19 stock status.
10. Generating covid-19 LMIS based analytics reports for sharing with MoNHSR&C and EPI and other relevant stakeholders.
Assist and support board of directors in selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.
Evaluate properly the performance of the suppliers, and report on regular basis to school administration.
Work with internal stakeholders (teaching staff and operation staff) to determine the procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
