This position is responsible for performing order to cash business order taking planningscheduling executioninvoicing for Retail and consumer customers and it makes sure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time by registering the orders and planning the deliveries in an efficient manner. This role directly impacts on the sales opportunity loss gain and the transporter profitability.

-Total transported volume handled by this function is around 150, 000 tonmonth.
-Generation of 15000-17000 invoices and 6000-7000 stock transfer order s per month.
-Management of orders and ensuring on time deliveries.


Duties Responsibilities
-To register generate all the orders in SAP, received from customers or concerned Area managers of all products in an efficient manner.
-PlanSchedule of credit clear orders for deliveries from designated supply locations.
-Perform planningscheduling to optimize logistics resources to the maximum possible extent.
-To perform invoice generation in SAP efficiently without any mistakes.
-Ensure through coordination with supply points for delivery of product as per agreed centralized order taking procedure.
-Ensure that all the customer complaints pertaining to delivery, quality and quantity are handled properly.
-To generate orders of lubricants and to inform concerns for timely execution of orders.
-Maintain and circulate non-executed orders list along with the reasons for pending deliveries.
-To reconcile physical and system stocks on daily basis with all supply locations to ensure zero variance.
-To keep track of stock positions at concerned supply location with the help of Depot transport team and to
inform the line manager in case of any possible stock out situation.
-To keep close coordination with commercial team for day to day routine business.
