Responsibilities and Duties:
Installation of new projects regarding LANs and report back to Comsats officials.
Making new WAN connections including Wireless (point to point, point to multipoint) and DSL connection at customer end and jumper setting on exchange end.
Troubleshoot the problems relating to E-mails and E-mail clients.
Troubleshoot the problem of Networks and Computer Systems (Desktops and Servers) which customer faces.
Supervision of Comsats office electricity with the help of generators, UPS and other backup systems.
On request of the customer, creating the Wi-Fi LANs with the help of Wi-Fi devices.
Provide the on-phone call support during the hours of minimum work load.
