Responsibilities On Quickbook Software

• Manage all accounting transactions and post in BP,CP,JV,CR.


• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings


• Administering and controlling income and expenditure

Payable function

• Vendors Chaeques & Payment Management


• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable 


• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements


• Preparation of monthly/quarterly management reports


• Dealing with insolvency cases

Banking Responsibilities

• Ensure timely bank payments


• Bank and account reconciliation preparation and adjustments, analytical review and variance analysis

Purchase side

• Coordinates and manages all relevant support relating to customer invoices including executed contracts, purchase orders and other support material.

Sales Side

• Record sales Invoice and reconcile Customer accounts receivable


• Moniter customer ledger
