Key responsibilities
Facilitate consultation and collaboration with donors and other stakeholders over monitoring & evaluation, data and information.
Coordinate the monitoring & evaluation activities of the project as per Monitoring & Evaluation framework by developing appropriate tools.
Conduct frequent field visits to project sites to assess activities and ensure efficient use of resources
Adapt activities according to monitoring and evaluation findings
Contribute to country management through timely processing and dissemination of MIS reports, M&E findings and best practices to facilitate evidence-based planning, learning and decision-making.
Ensure the program quality monitoring against the benchmark indicators set in the M&E framework and prepare monitoring report.
Reviewing monitoring reports and sharing findings with program staff for necessary action.
Ensure the authentication of quantity and quality of program achievements coordinating relevant personnel; disseminates feedback reports to program staff.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as per monitoring and evaluation framework.
Facilitating donor and partner organization meeting and noting down meeting minutes.
Key responsibilities
Develop plan and implement SABAQ digital learning program for in-school and out of school children, achieve donor targeted milestone.
Ensure that the project has at all times an updated implementation strategy and work plan
Develop project work plan at the various stages of project implementation and set direction by prioritizing and organizing activities and resources to achieve project objectives
Mobilize community and keep close coordination with parents and local people
Ensure accurate budget forecasting and expense planning
Participate in the transparent and timely recruitment of project staff (developing organograms and ToRs)
Develop monthly assessment, mid-term and annual examination papers and send to the LC on time
Staff and teachers capacity building on child safeguard policy and ensuring child safeguard policy at each LCs written in local language.
Participating in weekly and monthly meeting of partner organizations, drafting and sharing meeting minutes and keep follow on the progress of action plans discussed in the meeting.
Supervision and digital monitoring of SABAQ centers and formal schools of SABAQ projects.
Coordinate and maintain working relationships with relevant stakeholders including Donors, Implementing Partners and government education department.
Work closely with monitoring and evaluation team in preparing online monitoring tools to assess progress of SABAQ Learning Centers and schools.
Work closely with streamline leads to ensure timely training of staff, teachers and facilitators and any academic related issues from the field are directed back to the leads
Coordinate with M&E team to ensure efficient and effective data collection and reporting from field.

Planning and execution of education program of the region.
Anticipate and mitigate risks and implementation delays and trouble shooting and eliminating blocking points
Develop teacher training manual and monthly refresher module; conduct training for staff and teachers capacity development.
Develop teacher’s lesson plan and student’s periodic evaluation papers.
Assisting staff and teachers in developing low cost/no cost educational resource material
Responsible for the regional staff recruitment and development.
Coordination with local community for program improvement and sustainability
Contribute to quality checks and procurement committees to finalize suppliers’ selection according to applicable scenario
Technical field assistance to district heads through regular monitoring and evaluation
Develop donor monthly progress review and monitoring report
Budgeting, purchasing & accounts checking and ensuring work according to policies and plans.
Monitor and oversee the use of program resources of the region
Key responsibilities
Designing annual course target, implementing ECD curriculum and preparing monthly assessment plan
Hiring, supervising, and mentoring ECD teachers through refresher
Prepare teacher’s monthly training plan and budgeting of other events
Developing monthly progress and training reports and submit to senior management with recommendation on key findings.
Ensuring safe and friendly learning environment for students
Communicates with parents as per school guidelines ,presenting student progress reports and informing parents of requisite student discipline
