Post Investment Reviews - Conducting investment appraisals of multiple CAPEX Projects on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Successfully redirected PKR 700 Million via identifying below par project returns.
Budgetary Reporting - Reporting monthly performance against budget along with variance analysis to the leadership. Initiated and
implemented SAP-BW workbook which reduced the TAT from 3 Days to 2 hours.
Financial Reporting - Preparing financials of growth projects to keep track of revenue, cost and profits. Designed an Excel based model
to swiftly generate reports after data upload.
Successfully reduced TAT of core KPI Analysis from 5 days to minutes via initiating and rolling out dashboard on Qlikview.

I am currently working in the Finance function of the “Distribution” phase of K-Electric.
My task mainly revolves around the balance sheet item Capital Work in Progress, the tasks performed are;
 Pre-audit of incoming invoices (PO and non-PO based) / payment requests such as re-imbursements of performance bonds
 Posting services to relevant Asset Under Construction (AUC)
 Parking/ creating liability against vendor invoice
 Preparing summary for capitalization of open AUCs

 Identifying issues in work flow and recommending solutions
 Preparing and proposing amendments to SOPs for streamlining processes
