Ensure academic support and quality of implementation at the field level
Responsible for the one-time preparation of the school visit plan (includes scheduling of pick up and drop off for TLAs)
Visiting up to two times per Cohort 1 cycle higher performing and lower performing target schools (up lower 20th percentile and higher 20th percentile) on TLA feedback and formative assessment scores school per district at least once a month
The DPM shall also ensure completion of forms and data quality and providing academic support during TLA feedback sessions
The DPM shall liaise with their respective district’s LLA and assigned technical team member on teaching reading quality issues
The DPM will also oversee the smooth operations of lodging and transport for the field.
