Weekly tasking to team mates and its continuous follow-up on daily basis.
Customer services, After Sales Services and Customer Complaints handling.
Attending and chairing meetings, updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.

Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
Competitors activities Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
Oversee the establishment of a competitive assortment offer, to secure Majid Al Futtaim Retail a leading position in the country
Dealing with staffing issues interviewing potential staff conducting appraisals and performance reviews and providing training.

Monitoring and reviewing store performance on a regular ,daily, weekly & monthly basis
