➢ Evaluating, reviewing and analyzing the contractor baseline program
➢ Approval of Contractor baseline schedule.
➢ Conducting independent site visits to evaluate the site progress against the program.
➢ Reviewing actual progress against the construction Baseline Program and prepare reports to document any delays, variances, constraints that can affect Project completion date.
➢ Providing progress reports, graphs and critical path analysis for the monthly and weekly progress reports.
➢ Preparing planed vs actual EVM, S-Curves, Resource Histograms for client
➢ Monitoring the Daily site progress report, manpower and resources availability.
➢ Preparing power point presentation of monthly and weekly progress presentation to the client.
➢ Reviewing in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the contractors and ensuring manpower and site supervision staff is increased properly as required.

➢ Working with senior planning engineer and the project team to establish the project activities, cost and durations and ensure that these reflects project scope, constraints and commitments.
➢ Monitoring of all activities as per schedule using primavera p6 and excel
➢ Writing and presents progress related reports
➢ Participating in project meetings and discussions for all schedule related issues
➢ Coordinating with Procurement departments regarding material and equipment delivery at site.
➢ Assisting the Senior Planning engineer in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
➢ Preparation of Recovery/Accelerated/Impacted Programs.
➢ Preparation of S-curves (Cash flows), resource forecasts & Histograms, monitoring progress based on Man hours & Cost based.
➢ Follow-up Sub-Contractors programs & integration/coordination with Project Main construction Program.
➢ Preparation of weekly & monthly Look ahead schedule in coordination with execution teams.

➢ Preparation, submission, follow-up and updating of project detailed program of work ( using Primavera Project Planner 6 V8.3)
➢ Attending & Coordinating Site & Client meetings regarding the planning & Progress
➢ Preparing Look-ahead reports, perform progress analysis, schedule updating, monitoring, forecast and resource planning.
➢ Updating activities weekly, recording the percentage complete, earned value and remaining duration until completion of project.
➢ Performing comparison between baseline schedule with actual costs/resources usage and work performed. To revise the Baseline Schedule whenever there is a change in the scope or the Sequence of work.
➢ Preparation of recovery schedules as required.
➢ Preparation of target schedules for internal use to monitor the project performance at different stage
➢ Attending managements & coordination meetings with the Client & Sub-contractors, presenting progress overview & steps for recovery.
➢ Preparation of project briefings & progress Layouts.
➢ Prepare critical path analysis for project team.
➢ Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules for construction team
➢ Provide analysis to project management on issues and decisions causing schedule impact and forecast.

➢ Preparation of Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work using Primavera P6.
➢ Complete resource planning including labour and non-labour (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
➢ Review and analysis of contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Project manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.
➢ Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned value analysis.
➢ Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project.
➢ Preparation & submission of progress reports/charts through project management software – Primavera P6 and submitting to the department Heads, Client, Consultant and Vendors.
➢ Responsible for production plan also and coordinate with Production Manager and make sure all production activities going on as per schedule.
