To identify the weak areas in completing various tasks of the project/organization, suggest measures accordingly for effective and smooth conduct of activities and better performance of the staff.
To prepare field monitoring reports and share with concerned staff as well as management of the organization for timely improvements of the gaps.
To help and support HR & Admin Manager in performance evaluation of the staff of the organization.
To arrange evaluation of the projects/programs of the organization through formation of internal evaluation committee as well as acquiring services of external evaluation.
To perform other related duties as may be assigned by the organization from time to time .

Conduct the monitoring visits to assure the data collection is as per set standards and protocols.
To support evaluation of the project of the organization through formation of internal evaluation committee as well as acquiring services of external evaluators.
Assist community mobilization team for the systematic monitoring of Community Support Groups (CSGs) and other activities.
Prepare the monitoring reports along with suggestions / required actions to be taken and share with manager and management to update the status of activities.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Line Manager.
· Provide filing, printing, scanning and other automation support to district staff.
· Assist M&E team in data collection and reporting evidences against the activities completed at district level to provincial office.
· Assist to perform data reviews, cleaning and apply validation and triangulation checks for reporting data.
· Support in logistics of field data collection tools and manage log of all incoming data.
· Help M&E Coordinator/Officer to cross-check evidences and other means of verification for the progress reported in monthly and quarterly reports.
· Organize all data evidences for activities completed at field level of their districts.
· Help to prepare various data summaries and perform data entry of feedback forms for various training/orientations completed at district level.
· Assist School Support Associates (SSA) to upload information on M&E Information System.

Job Responsibilities:
Data collection:
 Formulate, implement, and enforce proper data collection tools / formats / tables etc.
 Train / guide program staff on data collection tools / formats / tables for accurate of data submission
 Collect data from program as well as other departments on formats required for different purpose / further processes at the end of M & E department
 Ensure collection of required information of the government line agencies working for differ public services and update the same on monthly bases
 Collect quality photographs from program department and maintain archives of photos for development of reports / newsletters / broachers etc.
Data Administration / Management:
 Develop and implement data collection and management plan
 Ensure data system is operational and supportive to organizational performance
 Manage data entry works of baselines / research conducted by organization
 Perform and document procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, standardization and analysis
 Regularly maintain back up of data collected from various sources
 Ensure data management and sharing have set timelines and meet established deadlines for sharing required information.
 Data reporting and analysis with the support of line manager
 Understand and ensure privacy of data (if declared confidential) and ensure strict compliance as per policy of the organization
 Produce weekly, monthly, annual data reports with the guidance and support of line manager

To organize and coordinate all the activities relevant to sponsorship section in given time frame.
To collect messages from children in field and translate these messages with the support of Social Organizers and send these messages in time to the sponsorship section Islamabad.
To organize different activities and innovative ways for collection of messages as guided in CS1 guide book.
To keeping complete list of all children come in sponsorship, develop friendly relationship with them and encourage them to organize children organization/club in villages.
Prepare field activity reports, sponsorship activities reports and monthly progress reports and send to donor timely.
Participate in workshops/trainings/events to be organized by the AA Pk/Donor from time to time relevant to his work and give input on behalf of the organization.
To Keep Close Communication with all offices of Donor Agencies through checking mails & responding accordingly.
To communicate the activity plan with in DA team, organization as well as community organization in villages and inform timely if any change occurs.
To assist the Program Manager in preparation of progress reports as required by Donors from time to time.
To assist the representative/office bearers of community organization in record keeping, office documentation etc.
To assist in preparation of activity plans and communicate it to CBOs, Programme Manager, HID Manager, Social Mobilization & Monitoring and Evaluation M&E Manager.
To Participate in Workshop/training/events to be organized by Donors/Line Agencies from time to time relevant to work and give input on behalf of organization.
To prepared the presentation and shared in quarterly coordination meeting with donor agencies.
To participate in workshops/trainings relevant to his work/tasks to be organized by Donors from time to time
Develop and follow micro level monthly work plan including a plan for school visits, as agreed by Project Coordinator.
Interact with communities to enroll their out of school girls and also motivate them for the continuation of education of their enrolled girls.
Identify community volunteers for support.
Conduct productive community meetings (meetings with visible results) in the identified villages for the promotion of girls’ education, as per plan.
Identify issues and do the needful to address the issues with the help of Project Coordinator and the concerned stakes holders, as appropriate.
Meet the enrolment and retention targets within the set timeframe, as assigned by the Project Coordinator.
Support and monitor teachers to create a conducive environment in school for children which is free from corporal punishment.
Support schools and SMCs in developing and implementing School Improvement Plan (SIP).
Distribute UNICEF’s interim supplies to schools properly and maintain the accurate record of the supplies.
Follow up the dropped out children within the period of one week and also do the needful to bring them back to school.
Collect accurate data from schools at least once a month and also analyse the data at school level for further action.
Conduct Seminars/UC, Taluka & District level events.
