Promotional advance & settlements
Discount Request Forms (DRFs)
Monthly expense claims
To assist BUH & Product Managers
Arrangements of HO & field force staff travelling and hoteling
Coordination with Field Force to resolve their official issues
Coordination with other departments and divisions
To manage the daily mail of HO & FF both
Making purchase requisition on SAP and its follow up.
1) Daily Calls all Pakistan S.J..G Kair , Cp , Solace Distributor Regarding Sales
2) Downloading All SAS Data in emails All S.J..G,Cp,Solace all Groups Including ( Kair- F Sons- veterinary ) on Daily basis
3 ) Daily Checking balance to all downloading files regarding Sales
4) Up loading Sales to Oracle Software on Daily Basis
5 Refresh Dash Board and Update Sales Daily In Soft Ware
6) Monitoring Sales Report all S.J..G Groups On Daily Basis(Including Kair- F Sons- veterinary 7) Generate Team Wise Sales on Daily Basis
8) Generate Product Wise Sales on Daily Basis
9) Generate Weekly Sales Summary on Daily Basis
10 Generate Daily Sales Summary on Daily Basis
11) Generate City Wise Sales on Daily Basis
12) Generate unit Wise Sales on Daily Basis
13) Generate Stock Report For All for Group on Daily Basis
14) Generate and Email Dist Customer Count Report All Group on Daily Basis
15) Generate and Email Invoice Detail File to Kair Pharma on Daily Basis
16 Generate and Email Region Wise Report For Solace Pharma on Daily Basis
17) Email all (Directors and Country Head, Business Unit Head )and Product Manager,Rsm,Zsm Regarding Sales on Daily basis
