Career Summary - I started off with a small organization as an initiation of my professional career as an executive and promoted to a responsible position where I had a hand over financial and administrative tasks I remained part of it for about three years and it helped me polish my potential to a great extent. Later, I joined one of the leading consulting firms and worked in its monitoring and evaluation department for around a year which was entirely a tremendous learning experience. Lately, I've been working with a leading banking group of Pakistan in its Rejected-Review Unit' - Auto loan department' - I have been managing the RRU Team as a Manager.
Objective - Seeking to obtain a challenging position in a corporate environment that enables me to effectively apply skills, utilize my education and work experience, and contribute to the organizations progress.
Playing a bridge role between the regions assigned to me i.e. Gujranwala and Sahiwal, and the credit initiation unit (often called CIU) and help resolve the issues pertinent to be resolved for the purpose to get the auto loan approved, and to serve the regions and the customers being in the head office with the best possible service.
Worked with two different projects i.e. Post Campaign Monitoring and Social Cohesion & Resilience as a field monitoring officer and as a Master Trainer for a shorter span of time. Managed two different areas assigned to me; carried out field monitoring visits and drafted daily reports and managed the field expenses in the meantime.
The first job and it came with a lot of learning experience. Started off as an executive and was promoted to a responsible position where I assisted the Chief Editor and the Manager with finance handling. Managed the company's administrative and financial tasks following the SOP.
