• Conducted tax due diligence (internal audit-tax perspective) reviews for some of the major acquisitions in Pakistan, including; power generation companies, oil and gas concerns and companies engaged in trading and wholesale
• Working as a Tax Account Leader (TAL) for multiple international and local clients
• Preparation and filing of individual income tax returns for locals and expatriates
• Preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns of local and multinational clients
• Advising national and international clients, from various industries, on the income tax and VAT implications of local and cross-border transactions, and tax implications of transactions under various tax treaties
• Advising clients on day to day tax issues which may arise from time to time and tax implications due to changes in legislation
