Conducted root cause analysis of systemic challenges faced by the Trust’s adopted schools, formulated a change management plan and presented it to the CEO and Founder.
Directed a multi-tier assessment of 100+ teachers from 3 schools to tailor the change management strategy for Zindagi Trust’s School Reform Projects.
Mobilized multi-disciplinary teams to collaboratively envision, roll-out and iterate a needs-aligned learning program amid the pandemic in government schools with 3,800+ students.
Liaised with public- and private-sector stakeholders to develop a benchmark prototype for 35 SELD-school expansion projects covering all districts of Sindh.

Steered development of a model girls’ school in a district with the second lowest Human Development Index (HDI) in Pakistan while navigating security concerns, cultural constraints and remoteness of location.

Steered the development of socially inclusive admission policy, merit-based hiring practices, equitable salary structures, relevant job descriptions and administrative processes.
Guided the introduction of an ed-tech based teaching system in a district with limited IT infrastructure and providing smartphones to 480 girls while managing resistance, resulting in the school being recognized as a model in Swat region by Knowledge Platform, our partner organization.
Mediated cross-cultural conflicts among school and Head Office staff, enabling them to overcome inertia and perform collaboratively.
