COUNTRY MANAGER
1. Maintain day to day accounts in Peachtree.
2. Maintain petty cash ,stock books and account books
3. Maintain Bank reconciliation statements and reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
4. Prepare packing lists and invoices after shipment.
5.Exporter of Dried Split Ginger, Raw cashew nuts, Dried Hibiscus flowers and raw cocoa Beans.
6. Correspondence with overseas buyers, trading agents, domestic traders, order procurement, price quotation and sample arrangements.
7. Analyze and formulate strategy for export market and domestic market.
8. Developing emerging market South Central America and European markets.
9. Market research, Export data collection, tabulation, analysis and report generation.
10. Review and interpret market competitor’s trends to provide feedback to management.
11. Detailed knowledge of Letter of Credit/sales contract clauses and different terms of payment in international trade.
12. Monitoring and supervising the activities of documentation department (Pre and Post shipment documents) and place all information /status of shipments (ETA, ETD and vessel scheduling) container tracking to buyers.
13. Supervising and coordinating with warehouse and logistic department to ensure smooth functioning from point of origin to point of destination.
14. Keep update to management regarding Original shipping documents status, order status, dispatches, payment or any other.
15. Online goods declaration, and Repatriation of funds with concern banks.
Export Manager
1 .Maintain day to day accounts in Peachtree.
2. Maintain petty cash ,stock books and account books

5. 100% Export oriented unit with an annual turnover of USD 80million, exporting Dried Split Ginger, Raw cashew nuts, Dried Hibiscus flowers and raw cocoa Beans.
6. Correspondence with overseas buyers, trading agents, domestic traders, order procurement, price quotation and sample arrangements.
7. Analyze and formulate strategy for export market and domestic market.
8. Developing emerging market South Central America and European markets.
