as department head FMCG, i am looking after 4 departments , DPH(cosmetics,women hygiene section), Grocery(all foods products), OPSS( all frozen products) and Beverages section. I am managing a team of 250 people which includes 4 managers, 18 supervisors and 50 stockers and 180 merchandisers, responsible for utilizing budget of rs.300 million monthly purchasing budget and achieving sales targets along with margins. continuously doing competition surveys.
