Kept top management well informed by extracting, refining, and analyzing sales data extracted from the company's MIS. Formulated targets based on the previous sales figures, addition in Sku's, number of new terrotories or customers added and other factors. Allocation of inventory across different channels was also part of my job. Moreover, updating top management regarding performance of new arrivals and determining end consumer feed back was also one of my duty.
My responsibilities in this role include looking after target versus achievement of sales (figures) provided by the principles during monthly sales review meetings. This task expects from me intensive follow up and back up to ensure minimum monthly sales targets are met. Conduction of in depth audit and surveys of the market to determine performance of general trade team is another task. It further includes coordination with all branches of the northern region to ensure optimal level of stock in all zones. Moreover, preparation of different \"Management Information Reports \" to present to the director operations to show monthly Sales Performance, Productivity comparison, Distribution Scheme Utilization, Margins and Miscellaneous Cost (costs that exhaust a distribution cost).
My primary task of this job was to identify under construction projects and pitch various stakeholders (land developers, architects etc) to generate sales. Supervision of distribution of the company's products to merchant showrooms and other ceramic dealers was another task. It also included marketing full range of company's products to various stakeholder (architects, engineers, contractors and dealers).
