Recruitment:
Forecast hiring needs, identify technical requirements of the post, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Compose and post technical job descriptions to relevant media platforms.
Perform initial screening of applicants and arrange interview between applicant and interviewer.
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.
HR Operations & Administration:
Perform electronic and paper record keeping of employee documents.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates /attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
HR Management:
Handle internal and external inbound HR inquiries.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
Be ready to take up any other HR related responsibilities that may come up.
