Responsible for Infra-Structure related issues:
Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems.
1. Basic Trouble-shooting.
2. Working on Linux.(Thin-client)
2. Printing issue ( Linux and Windows both)
3. Working on Windows(OS).
Internship
Currently working in Online Technical Support Department.
My job responsibility is to give Technical support to Corporate customers through Inbound and Outbound Calls.
And through E-mail.We also have a Proactive monitoring system.So I also Intimate clients through E-mails where required.
I am looking for opportunity which is boost my start of the career.
