oAs an administrator, my duty is mainly to run the operations smoothly and to focus on providing free & quality care services to our patients.
oI am also looking after medical committees and arranging meetings of all those committees.
oAs a coordinator, I have to keep complete records of all these meetings i.e. TORs, Documents, Members of the meetings, circulating updated MOMs & forwarding them to Karachi head office.
oBeing a Secretary of Medical Staff Committee and Medical Record Review Committee I am also responsible to arrange these meetings and compile their minutes of meetings on my own.
oAs I have been looking after the evening shift so I have a multi-tasking job e.g. Housekeeping HOD, Receptionists check, Doctors and Nurses presence on their stations and duty rooms.
oIssuance of goods is also a major part of my duty, goods which are demanded by different needs my approval and I have to keep their documentary record as well to keep a check on its usage.
oKeeping in view the building maintenance during the rounds of the building.
oTaking up the complaints from patients and sort out the issues by finding out the root causes.
oCorrespondence with external stakeholders is also a part of my duty, correspond with Police 15, Rescue 1122 and other ambulance providing foundations to facilitate the patients in time.
o One to one Marketing and to pursue our customers for purchasing our Material on Local basis but mostly on Indent Basis (Advance Booking)
o Making & preparing Sales targets at the start of each month & then presenting that before Top Management & Sales staff in monthly scheduled Meeting.
o Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
o Also handle recovery staff, conduct daily meeting on debtors & cheques dishonored & then make calls to those clients & guide our recovery staff for collection of payments.
o Maintain the informative reports of Stock which is delivered from the factory to our warehouse, so that we may deal with our customers according to the arrival.
o Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
o Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
o Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
o Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
o Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
o Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
o Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
o Accomplishes department & organization mission by completing required results.
Working at Hyperstar for 6 months as a Merchandiser, I learned a lot about Marketing, product
promotions & customers dealing as I had to face & deal different customers from different
markets with totally different approach, perceptions & satisfaction levels.
o Dealt with customers to pursue them for our products & if already a regular customer then collect their feedbacks, precious opinions & suggestions regarding that product.
o Look after the inventory flow at stall, if demand is increasing so suggested to increase our production as well & vice versa.
o Also analyzed that which are our hot selling articles & which is slow moving, then recommended for manufacturing unit about the whole situation.
o Tried my level best to build a relationship rather than focusing on sales.
o It really was a learning stage as different customers had different views & analysis according to their living standards & purchasing power.
