=Leading Utility & HVAC activities i.e. LEED Projects, Design, Installation, Operations & Maintenance of equipment.

= Implement daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedule and ensure trouble free operation of equipment.

= Ensure safety of assets & employees when undertaking operation & maintenance activities.

= Prepare weekly, monthly & yearly operation maintenance report to discuss operational performance of equipment.

= Carry out quality checks of recently completed maintenance and repair work to ensure work is carried out properly.

= In conjunction with Procurement department, develop & monitor the procurement strategy to include suppliers which are going to be re-tendered, re-negotiated, those that need closer management and contingency plans for key suppliers.

= Generate/ verify BOQ before assigning project. Coordinate with vendors to develop project plans and timelines.

= Plan, Execute, Supervise activities. Implement HSE standards & innovation projects to improve speed, quality, cost saving and Ensure optimum utilization of resources.

= Advise, promote & monitor the safe carrying out of work at area

= Respond to emergency call outs and make safe work situations.

= Prepare measurements for works, services and rates of payment, make checks of measurements and Examine percentage of contractor’s bills before payment.

= Team Management of over 40 Nos. technical staff.

= Provide after sales & operation maintenance services to centrally designed HVAC Buildings and projects located in major cities of Pakistan including Hospitals, Hotels, Banks, Office Buildings, Textile Foods & Pharmaceutical.

=Preparation and evaluation of bidding documents including technical specification, BOQ and estimation.

= Arrange meetings with clients, visits and Follow up of different sites to avoid any severe issues.

= Planning, managing & supervising HVAC mechanical and electrical work.

= Managing mechanical components and related cost estimates. Develop quotes, proposal as per requirement.

= Generate monthly, quarterly and troubleshooting reports of different sites with valid recommendation for safe side and long life of equipment.

= Counter check the recommendation physically at site./p

= Generate covering report of chemical testing from certified chemical lab with recommendations.

= Ensure and implement the preventive maintenance schedule and works of the HVAC equipment.

= Plan, execute and supervise activities to reduce cost and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

= Ensure and implement all safeties according to PPE at all sites of Operation and Maintenance.

▪ Assist Site Engineer regarding manufacturing work on site. ▪ Monitoring and reporting from sites and update to Site Engineer. ▪ To solve day to day complain related to Labor. ▪ Create & Modify Mechanical Equipment as given in Drawings & use them for construction. ▪ Provide resolutions to site engineer and recommend modifications to existing equipment in order to eliminate delay in work. ▪ Supervise site work, fabricators & workers in completing assignments successfully. ▪ Carry out the supervision of day to day activities on site.
