Responsible for smooth running of HR functions and facilitating recruitment, screening, interviewing, posting, training, performance appraisals, job descriptions.
To get appointment letters, confirmation letters, re-designation letters, increment letters, and appreciation letters, transfer letters, termination letters, and promotion letters prepared by Head office and to process accordingly.
To prepare payrolls.
Handling leave affairs.
To manage and coordinate employees and company meetings.
To insure that company policies are being followed.

• Responsible for smooth running administrative functions.
• Co-ordinate with MIS department on reporting issues.
• Administrate the whole sales affairs.
• To manage and coordinate with sales representatives.
• Monthly Debtor’s closing and to run month end process for consolidation
• Distribution of salaries
• General administration related works.
• Preparation of Final Package & Dossier to submit to Client/Owner.
• Handling leaves affairs.

• To prepare and submit reports as and when required.
• To handle stationary requirements, bills, expenses receipts, vehicle maintenance expenses of all the stations.
• To take complains of employees and solve those complaints after discussing with Manager Human Resource.
