Established track record with 5(plus) years of experience in the field of Network and System Administration. Experience covers having the sole responsibility of supporting all staging/production Linux/Windows based servers and solving problems within scope, timescales and process limitations. Also monitor and adjust the performance of existing network and continually survey the current servers to determine future needs, as well as troubleshoot problems reported by users and by automated server monitoring tools and make recommendations for enhancements in the implementation of future servers and networks. Ability to learn new material quickly and to maintain a reliable and methodical approach to support. A proven record of reliability and good judgement under pressure. Also gained experience in direct communication with client.
