Working on High Dpeed  Blow Molder Machines Operation and Maintenance of SIDEL PET Blowing Plants SBO 16, SBO 10 & SBO 08I was Involved in Complete Planning, Installation, Erection & Commissioning of SBO 10 & SBO 08 with Sidel EngineersKey Responsibilities- Dealing with all preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.- Set the recipe according to the weight of the preform and shape of the bottle.- Adjustment of all changed mechanical parts according to the provided standards.- Adjust the recipe to remove any defect in bottles during production.- Working on AF 40 Bar Air Compressor Operation And Maintenance.- Maintaining utilities including Close circuit cooling tower & Water Chillers.- Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime.- To attend department coordination meeting to discuss abnormalities of plant/pending jobs.- To provide different reports to operational manager.- To meet any urgent requirement of parts and initiate the local development of spare parts from local vendors/market.- In any case of an accident or breakdowns at plant, discuss the reasons for breakdowns with supervisor and take necessary actions to prevent repetition of similar incidents.- To make a detail of total production and rejection on daily basis.- Make sure that every job is being executed according to SOPs.

I was Involved in Complete Installation, Erection & Commissioning of Plant with Sidel Engineers
Operation and Maintenance Supervision of:
- Blowing Machine of 16 Molds
- Labeler Machine, Air Conveyor, Water Chiller
- 40 bar HP Compressor, Cooling Tower, Air Dryer
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor repetitive performance failures and design the technical problem solving strategies of Plant.
- Controlling and checking the Quality out put of the plant and also giving full inspection to incoming goods concerned with mechanical maintenance.
- To carry out diagnostic fault investigation on all the machinery and equipments installed and effect suitable repairs when possible.
-Completing all work shop work accordingly and maintain an inventory level for the maintenance work in odd shifts to follow up and complete the work in minimum time and with full quality inspection.
-To oversee any 3rd party works, on a day-to-day basis, carried out on company premises, as required by the top management
