As Admin Officer:
-Manages all correspondence within and outside the organization.
-Records all incoming and out-going letters and documents.
-Receives advice from the project Manager and Executive Director on relevant issues and tend to tha information/inquiries sought.
-Conveys all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff and the views of the regional staff to the leading body.
-Monitors administrative aspects of the regional office/staff and evaluates discipline and punctuality of the staff to the assigned tasks.
-Ensure the maintenance of attendance register in office and also confirm staff attendance level in the field.
-Responsible to supervise the work, related to purchase of furniture, office equipment, computers, vehicles/motorbikes/bicycles, air conditioner and miscellaneous.
-Responsible to negotiate services agreements with vendors.
-Looks after administrative affairs of the Office.
As Finance Officer:
-Keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft as well as in hard form.
-Responsible to deal all the accounts of the organization and settles all matter of banks.
-Responsible to maintain ledger books for regional office and main office.
-Make sure verification of all the accounts record before auditory process.
-Responsible to submit the financial report to the finance manager for compilation, review and onwards submission to the donor.
-Make sure all the records / accounts / financial transactions are booked before the audit commencement.
-Ensure cordial relation with the line department and the audit department of the donor agency.
-Any other task assign by the supervisor.
- Coordinate implementation of program activities in the designated districts to ensure effective program outcomes.
- Provide technical assistance to implementation of plans and activities at the district level.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor and evaluate program activities at the district level and provide timely advice.
- Ensure work plan is implemented as per the available budget by keeping in regular contact with the Program Manager.
- Coordinate project related activities with elected & appointed officials of the District.
- Maintain good relationships with both elected and appointed local government officials and other projects/ NGOs working on governance in the district.
- Submission of program reports in a timely and professional manner.

- Responsible for the Supervision and implementation of all activities at project site office and in outreach as required under the Global Fund Grant
- Responsible for the financial management of the project related activities of the site office

- Conduct regular advocacy sessions with key stakeholders at project site office
- Review and verify data collected by the Outreach Workers (ORWs) as well as computerized data

- Carry out coordination and communication with the project site staff through organizing regular meetings

- Review daily reports of ORWs to identify field related issues and provide feedback to the field staff
- Verify stock, generate demands and spot check supplies of the commodities and pharmaceutical products on regular
basis.

- To undertake regular field coordination visits to ensure that:
a) Activities are completed to a high standard and on time across the selected communities in all target districts,
b) Challenges to implementation are identified and addressed
c) Progress towards target indicators as stated in the Project Management Framework (PMF) and/or Logframe is monitored and indicators are met in a satisfactory manner at the end of the project;
- To responsible for the management of field researchers and for ensuring that all field teams are comprehensively briefed on the objective, expected output and overall implementation strategy of any given activity.
