· Manage TIH district malaria office; warehouse district level team.
· Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program.
· In line with the approved WP and PF develop a quarterly and Monthly DIP and share it with the provincial manager for approval from PMU Islamabad.
· Provide regular feedback on project activities to the Provincial Office and PMU Islamabad on a regular basis.
· In coordination with the district health authorities, identify malaria diagnostic and treatment centers and facilitate that these are maintained and providing Malaria prevention, and treatment services as per the agreed SOPs.
· In coordination with the district health authorities, identify health centers to Malaria intervention.
· In coordination with the district health authorities, organize capacity-building training, workshops, and meetings for the staff of public health facilities on various Grant interventions.
· Monitoring all the records of logistic supplies.
· Regularly organize malaria coordination meetings at district levels, share meeting minutes with the Provincial office, and act on action points raised in the meetings.
· In coordination with the district health authorities, DMU ensures that facility monthly reports are collected and the District Monthly report is prepared and submitted to provincial office timely.
· In Collaboration with Provincial teams, conduct need assessments and surveys.
· Maintain all program databases (DHIS2/MIS, training, and log data) timely at district levels.
· Provide technical and logistical support to make the nonfunctional malaria diagnostic centers fully operational.
· To participate in training arranged by PMU Islamabad.
· To Conduct monitoring & supervisory visits to health facilities at the district level providing malaria-related services.
· Strictly follow monthly and quarterly program implementation plans.
· Prepare monthly reports as per the needs of the program.
· To provide data in an orderly manner for quarterly progress update at PMU Islamabad.

· Based in Islamic Help Regional Office Karachi, Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for assisting the program\'s success by successfully ensuring the implementation of program delivery, and quality assurance and evaluation. His/her specific responsibilities include:
· Perform specialized and/or standardized processes and activities within the specific technical area of work supporting alignment with wider program policies and guidelines.
· Provide project management and/or general office support following established targets and IHPK’s policies and procedures.
· Within the specific area of responsibility, compile data and support analysis and preparation of reports (e.g. WASH program, food assistance needs, resource utilization, program status, performance) in order to support operational decision-making.
· Perform accurate, timely recording of data within the specific technical area of work (e.g. food security, WASH and vulnerability assessments etc) following Sphere Standards and guidelines.
· Work and exchange information with internal counterparts to support effective collaboration, implementation and monitoring of ongoing project activities.
· Support communication and activities with local partners, agencies, NGOs and government institutions.
· Act as a point of contact for the resolution of general operational queries requesting assistance where necessary.
· Follow standard emergency preparedness practices to ensure IHPK is able to quickly respond and deploy needed resources to affected areas at the onset of the crisis.
· Developing and implementing a project plan for the distribution of NFI bedding kits and hygiene kits, including setting project timelines, identifying and securing necessary resources, and establishing project goals and objectives.
· Coordinating with external partners and stakeholders, including humanitarian organizations, local authorities, and beneficiaries, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of NFI kits.
· Managing the budget for the project, including tracking expenses, forecasting future costs, and preparing financial reports.
· Supervising and supporting a team of staff and volunteers who are responsible for distributing NFI kits and providing support to beneficiaries.
· Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the project, including collecting and analyzing data and making recommendations for improvements.
· Providing regular progress reports to funding agencies and other stakeholders, including updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
· Ensuring that all project activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to humanitarian aid and the protection of beneficiaries.
Providing training and capacity building to staff and volunteers as needed to support the successful implementation of the project
Assist the Project Coordinator, for implementation of interventions under SRCS while
contributing towards Mercy Corps strategic pillars: Cash Transfers and Resilient Households,
WASH and Behavior Change Communication, and Social Cohesion and Public Trust.
Ensure quality implementation of program activities in the district as per budget and workplan
Serve as a focal person for Mercy Corps at the district level, ensuring active follow up on key
tasks, active sharing of learning and challenges, coordination and engagement with key
stakeholders
Provide support to Program Coordinator during all phases of the project including setting up,
project implementation, procurement, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
Conduct regular visits of all identified health facilities of targeted district and provide feedback to
Project Coordinator and SPO
Prepare event reports, training reports, monthly progress reports of awareness sessions,
success stories on quarterly basis and submit to PC for review and record
Prepare work plans on monthly basis for project activities and procurement plan for distribution
of PPEs, IEC and Cash support items.
Coordinate regularly with selected Health Facility / Incharge/MSs, District Manager PPHI,
Security Focal persons, Local NGOs, District Health Department of Sindh for smooth
implementation of SRCS related activities as per work plan.
Ensure that objectives and indicators as outlined in the grant agreement are met in time.
Provide support to MEL in eligibility survey, end line survey and assessments.
Follow all MC SOPs on Safety and Security while conducting the activities in the assigned
areas.
Ensure that the SOPs and guidelines for program activities are followed in the field
Ensure coordination with other similar programs in the area
