· Handling Merchandiser of Famous brand Only China, S.Oliver, and Springfield.
· Monitor strategic planning for order execution and smooth run of the work flow.
· Complete communication with buying / quality & design team through email & phone both

· Maintain data analysis of every season includes orders, shipments & average price.
· Daily communication with logistics Dept. in order to make sure timely bookings / shipments.
· Daily communication with suppliers regarding reduction of price etc.
· Involved in complete order follow-up for all confirmed order till inspection / shipment.
Discussing with other colleagues, especially Textile Operatives, regarding the feasibility and practicality of products.
· Formulate the strategic plan together with the Supply Chain Management.
· Ensure that all KPIs are aligned with goals such as Price/Bulk Lead Time, etc.
· Maintain tight cooperation with managers and seniors to ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the whole organization with the aim to secure that goals are well synchronized
· Establish methods and perform routine follow up in the team.
· Making Pos and PRs.
· Sustain effective partnerships with others unit Merchandising and operation team in order to get effective and efficient production.
· Deals with international brands like Only China, S.Oliver, H&M, Mango and Jack n Jones.
Brainstorming ideas with managers, marketers and fellow designers on forthcoming season selections and design collections
Discussing with other colleagues, especially Textile Operatives, regarding the feasibility and practicality of products.
Presenting new design concepts, mood boards and fabric qualities to customer
Make garments development for the masculine, feminine and children markets
· Responsible for trend analysis & trend forecasting for all upcoming seasons collection in regards of fabric, garment structure, styling & washing effects.
· Formulate the strategic plan together with the Supply Chain Management.
· Ensure that all KPIs are aligned with goals such as Price/Sample Lead Time, etc.

· New client acquisition business development and maintaining relations with the existing clients and Follow ups.
· Writing briefs & creating marketing/strategy and plans.

· Leading District Teams for Implementing the Program & Coordination with all Managers.
· Meeting with Government officials related to the SEF project.
· Team Support in other Projects for the Children’s (CLF) and Support program staff in organizing and managing seminars.
· Provide updates and analysis of developments in all the targeted areas.
· Facilitate in logistic planning and arrangement of community engagement activities
· Excellent networking with local administration and stake holders for community engagement support
· Actively involved in training and capacity building initiatives for enhancing communication skills and intervention planning for field staff
· Timely submission of communication plans, reports and all required documents to donors.
· Coordination with all partners from UNICEF, Unilever Pakistan, SEFand Dubai care.
· Execution of Health and Hygiene Program “Lifebuoy Lifesaver” a CSR Initiative of Unilever.
· Communicate with Clients and support program staff in organizing and managing seminars.
