Sajid Ali has more than ten years of working experience in development sector, Particularly in the field of Finance and Administration. He has done his master in Business Administration from Institute of Business Administration University of Sindh Jamshoro in year 2006. Mr. Sajid served on different position in the field of Finance with different National and International NGO's, as Accounts Officer with National Rural Support Programe - NRSP, Assist. Manager Finance with Root Work Foundation - RWF. Sajid Ali has good presentation, motivational skills can prepare Budget, Spending Plan, Financial Reports, Fiscal year Closing, Internal Audit, payroll etc. He is loyal punctual hard worker and committed with his work. Recently he is working as a Senior Finance Officer with International Rescue Committee - IRC since August 2013.
1. Preparation of monthly Budget vs Actual reports for grant management.
2. Prepare and update donor financial reports for finance controller review.
3. Supervision of the preparation of Cash Transfer Request for programs on monthly basis.
4. Train, advise and monitor field-based finance staff on the field implementation of IRC’s accounting policies and procedures, standard accounting practices, and reporting requirements, as necessary or requested.
5. Play a strategic financial role in developing the operational budget in line with the existing and foretasted budgeting situations.
6. With the guidance of Finance Controller, conduct monitoring visits, as appropriate or assigned. Generate monitoring analyses and reports, especially identifying areas and making recommendations for improvement and internal capacity-building, as appropriate.
