Having more than 20 years in Budget and Financial Management, Compliance, Risk, Quality assurance, program administration, and operational planning, HACT IPSAS experience in the United Nations System and other development organizations, inclusive of leading large, diversified teams. I did MBA in Banking Finance.

I worked in the UNDP flood emergency and WHO polio program and manage budgets of 150 Million and 120 Million. A few of my achievements are given below.

Facilitated 10 IoS, Compliance Risks Management Audit for WHO UNDP Pakistan
Successful Roll out and launching of online CBI- Direct Disbursement mechanism (DDM) system in 8 provinces / 160 districts offices, 25000 locations
Training of Master Trainers (18) for CBI-Direct Disbursement Mechanism (DDM) in provincial and district offices
Quality assurance and monitoring audit of WHO POLIO Labs in Pakistan
Financial and operational closures of 14 projects, 400 IPs, 10 field offices during flood emergency in Pakistan, Participate in 10 HACT audits for IPs
Social and financial audit of 450 community organizations and prepare SOPs and internal controls
Managing 400,000 DDM Front-line POLIO workers and ensuring timely payments including system development, SOPs, business processes
Manage associated Risks and develop key performance indicators for rental vehicles to avoid compliance issues duplication of work due to streamlining processes and save 150k
Collaborate with Logistics and IT for PAK-Year End Fixed Assets Physical Verification 2019 Financial Report 3000 assets verified by visiting 8 fields and sub-offices
Convince and negotiate hotel management on international conferences and save PKR 3 million
