Being the Head of Department, responsible for over-all smooth operations of the HR Department.
Prepare and execute recruitment as per approved HR budget /Manpower Planning/staffing needs and ensuring the right person on the right job at right time.
Conducting Job analysis and preparing job descriptions of all the Key positions.
Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support NRTC strategy.
Guide Departmental heads and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.
Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plan.
Ensure activities are in compliance with all employment laws/By-laws & regulations e.g. EOBI, ESSI, WWB………
Leaves, employee benefits and Gratuity/PF).
Assists departmental Managers in performance management and develop succession plan.
Ability to understand the business operations from both end i.e. strategic and tactical perspective.
Develop & execute Health Insurance & Group Life Insurance for employees.
Develop & Execute Training Plan as per the TNA /training calendar.
Ensure implementation of Human resource information system (HRIS).
Preparation of TORS of the committee(s).
Conduct Exit interviews, Annual Turnover Report, Salary Surveys.
Dealing with employee’s legislation/Legal matters.
