o Responsible for new product development, from idea generation/ productization stage to deployment & operations setup
o Ownership and management of customer experience processes including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance & functionality.
o Responsible for business plans, projections and operational planning
o Responsible for integration and management of ground level operations with technology, core business operations and finance functions
o Project planning and management for domestic and international projects
o Development of product documentation which includes use cases, wireframes, Process flows/designs (Mobile Apps, Web, M2M, IVR & SMS) operation SOP documents, UAT documents, user manuals and training documentation
o Defining price points/ packages for products & development of billing and charging policies for product subscribers
o Responsible for pre-sales activities in coordination with domestic and international business development teams. Managing presale documentation (commercial presentations proposal documents, technical solutions document & compliance statements)
o Close coordination and relationship management with external resources (third-party technical vendors & marketing agencies etc.)
o Close coordination with clients and third-party vendors like branding/ tax/legal consultants to finalise commercial models for products and solutions.
