My main responsibilities are as follows
To control the all the Production according to production planning
To control system line Efficiency.
To control the Production Yield parameters.
Doing role as a Production Planning SAP Coordinator.
Control production and production forecasts by running MRP (Material Requirements planning)
Member team of SAP and implemented SAP Production Planning module to go online.
Records and transfers plant production data(Production ,Yield, Wastages) into SAP on daily basis
Doing duty as MRP Controller
TCCMS and ISO coordinator.

My main responsibilities include
Overall managing and responsible for Production targets, Stocks, materials planning at plant and directly reporting to National Manager Planning and logistics, Pakistan
Ensure availability of Raw-Materials for production and All the SKUs.
Raw Material Planning (Imported/Local) ensuring that these are within Pre Defined Inventory Levels to meet Production Requirements.
Stock monitoring follow up / liaison with purchase warehouse to ensure availability.
Monitoring controlling of KPI's (like raw material yields, SLE, cost etc) achieving the targeted values.
Role as a Production Planning SAP Coordinator, MRP (Material Requirement Planning) controller i.e. Control production and production forecasts by MRP, planning and creating all the requirements of material by SAP.
Coordination with Sales to manage stocks in Promos, Price Off, Discounts etc.
