 Prepare a schedule or plan after discussion with the customer, detailing the requirements of the customer with specific timelines.
 Hire temporary workers by using industry references for each specific project in different parts of the country.
 Assist the marketing team in training and coaching these workers for effective job performance and achievement of targets.
 Monitor and evaluate the workers to ensure adherence to the assigned task according to the training provided and within specified timelines.
 Institute checks and balances in the monitoring system to ensure its smooth and effective implementation.
 Provide regular feedback to the customer on the progress of the project.
 Handle customer complaints and ensure that feedback is implemented and problems resolved in a timely fashion.
